Two screens matter to you. Schedule shows the clinic's day, including yours.
Patients holds the records.
What you can do, and what you cannot
You can see the schedule and book appointments, including your own follow-ups.
You can read patient records and write the record of a visit. You can look at
what the clinic offers and who your colleagues are.
Two things are deliberately not yours:
You cannot cancel a booking. Reception does that.
You see no settings. Hours, services and everything under Clinic settings
are configured for you rather than by you, which matters because many doctors
have no login at all.
Your day
Open Schedule. It opens on your own column, with a Staff chip carrying
your name next to the Filter button; click the chip's × to see the whole
clinic.
The red line marks the current time, and appointments above it have passed.

Writing the record of a visit
A visit's record opens for writing on the day of the visit, not before. Before
that day the entry exists on the patient's timeline as a placeholder, because
there is nothing to document yet.
The record has four sections: what the patient reports, what was measured, the
assessment with its diagnosis, and the plan.
The record is never locked. You can correct it afterwards, at any time. What
keeps it honest is the audit log: every entry and every later change is recorded
with who did it and when, and anybody reading the record can open that history.
A record can be typed by somebody else on your behalf. If you work on paper
and reception enters your notes, the record still carries your name as the author.
Who typed it is in the audit log, not on the record.
If you also do reception work
Roles add up. Somebody holding both roles can do both jobs, and nothing has to be
switched between them.
